Service Description

We have an in-house Himalayan sea salt sauna, with lockers, changing facilities and a shower for your convenience. We recommend pairing the sauna with a dip in the North Sea for the best results of Cold Plunge & Sauna Therapy. The protocol we recommend is as follows: - 12–15 minutes in the sauna - Up to 3 minutes cold plunge - Repeat 2–3 times depending on tolerance - Finish with the cold plunge to help prevent inflammation Pricing for the sauna is £15 per person for a 90-minute booking.
